We’re pleased to announce we have officially opened the doors to our most ambitious and exciting store yet, Bertoni Farrer Place!
After serving Sydney signature Italian recipes for a decade, the Bertoni team (read ‘The Boys’) decided to fine-tune their style and have delivered a concept like no other in Sydney.
Described as a ‘New-York-Style’ eatery the expansive fit-out was designed and finely tuned by Paul Kelly Designs and boasts an exclusive full-service dining room; privately screened from a bustling double La Marzocco fed take-away section that pumps out breakfast, lunch, snacks and of course coffee from 6.30am.
The space is unique yet feeds off what the Bertoni team is so well known for. Food, Coffee and People. Heading up the operation is General Manager Symeon V-White who has moved from our Kent Street store to expertly drive the new operation and we wouldn’t trust it to anyone else.
Behind the beautifully crafted pass (thanks Paul) we welcome two Chefs and a seriously talented team to serve a fresh, Italian inspired menu with a modern twist. Chef Brian Landry and Renzo Geminiani designed their menu around traditional Bertoni recipes to deliver Breakfast, Lunch and soon Dinner to both a take-away and dine-in crowd.
Finally, we are thrilled to welcome a Irene Cano as Floor Manager plus some familiar and new faces to the Bertoni family to serve you each day.
